Default 2000 scrambler won't start

Ok, I have good fuel, good spark but it won't start it was running great until last night. I was running wide open for about 400 yards and then that was it. It was just like the 4 wheeler god said you are done go home. The fuel filter is not clogged and a new spark plug and just put in a new air filter. The motor still turns over not locked up. It is a 2 stoke. Any Ideas???

Yea not good, and the survey says 0 for compression. Looks like it is time to rebuild also noticed the needle jet was set at the leanest setting on the E-clip this I am sure did not help any. Thank for the help ftwflh. Better get a drink have break the news to the wife lol.
