Default Engine Seal/Belt/Clutch Problems

I blew my drive belt the other week going through some deep snow for quite some time at a very high rpm but never thought anything of it, so I changed the belt and carried on my way. I only made it down the trail about half a mile when the belt started to slip so stopped again took the housing off again and oil poured out. Talked to my dealer and they never heard of that before. It wasn't engine oil so it could only be gear oil so I changed the seal on the secondary clutch and went out the following weekend to find that now there seems a clutch problem. The secondary clutch wouldn't close so the belt would just slip about quarder mile into the ride so back to town for me. They fixed the clutch so I figured that I was good to go but I was wrong. Same thing again belt was slipping so I took it in to the dealer and when they took off the clutch housing now there was engine oil pouring out so now they ordered an engine seal for it. Not sure if that is going to be the end of my problems but I hope so. I've only got about 60hrs on the bike and never had any other problems untill now. Has anyone ever heard of this.

If this engine seal doesn't fix the problem then it will be time to look for something else to ride

! st guess - bad seals.

2nd guess - Sustained high rpm operation might cause blow by past the rings and pressurizing the crank case. To have this happen there would have to be a restriction in the crank breather.

ANd the actual cause is ?????????????????????????????

ya everything was good that way. I just got off the phone with the dealership and they thought that they would be able to pick the seal out like on the 500's but i guess things are different on the 800's and they have to take the crank apart and the bottom half of the engine and a bunch of other stuff......anyway about 6hrs labour to change a $10 part
