Default Polaris Trail Blazer 250 Oil Injection

I have an 04 Trail Blazer. I bought it in August of 2008. My problem is I rode it 3 times for about 6 hours each time, and barely used any 2 cycle oil. The tank only emptied maybe 1/32 of an inch. Is this normal or do I have a problem? Also if I have a problem, are there any block off kits? If so, What is the proper mixture?

You can usually get between 5-6 tanks of gas on a 2 quart oil tank! This figure is what i've gotten over the years from customer input! The pump is variable and premixes at about 50-1 ratio. So dont be alarmed at it sipping oil, this is just what it does! IF worried you can pull small line leading from pump to base of cylinder and see if has small amount of oil in line! The time to worry is if you dont see a little smoke OR unusual engine noise! Pumps are pretty reliable on the 250 engines. As they get older and top end repairs are needed,do most people doubt the pump!

They sip it, but they use it when it needs it. Never had a problem with mine, and it's 11 years old, almost. Seems to be a good set up.
