Default 86' atc250r exhaust goo

My 250r needs a clutch so about once a week I just start it and let it idle a bit then cut it off. Well I was doing that today and after while I was looking it over I noticed on the pipe right where it connects to the cylinder there was this liquid that looked just like burnt motor oil about to drip from the underneath of the pipe. Is this normal since it was only idling or is there a bigger problem. I mix it 32:1 with honda full sync. 2 stroke oil. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks
