You could try searching google for go-kart forums... I've found a few in the past. I built a go-kart for a school project.

Default Coolster 250 Wiring Diagram Needed

Hi Coolster 6250...I just bought one for my son too. I would love to have an electrical Mechanization Drawing.
If anyone has one, please post or email.
I talked to a dealer in California the other day, he discontinued selling them in 2008, because of the market (only sold 10 that year), but he claims you can still get all the service parts (but not electrical mech).
I ordered a new key switch the other day and got it today, but the Go Kart has no Battery power at the switch (I hard wired a new power supply so I could start it and drive it before I bought it)...it seemed to run well.
