Default Vibration?

I have a 2009 Sportsman 500 and I was wondering if anyone had any troubles with vibration on this body style? Mine seems to vibrate more than my old Sportsman. The access panel seems to vibrate the worst at low rpm's. Then when in reverse the back fenders vibrate. Any one else had this problem?

Default Other problems

I have a 2009 800 sportsman. I don't have your problem but mine is in the shop now. I had water getting into my drive belt, my belt worn a hole in the cover. I also had my roll-pin in the back drive shaft come out.keep these things in mind and good luck with your problem.

Let us know what they find with the roll pin as a few of us are having that issue. My dealer changed both yokes and the shaft but still doing it. Only happens riding hard in low gear while in mud or snow.

Default Vibration

Had the same roll pin problem on my 05 800. Went with a shear bolt out of an ariens snowthrower that my popo dealer gave me for free. Had just enough lenght to put a locknut on the end with no clearance issues and never had a problem after that.

Sorry Memphis, forgot to touch on the vibration issue. If it is under warranty get it in to the dealer so it can be fixed/documented. Shouldn't be vibrating that much.
