Default Oil Pump

I'm working on a friends 2001 TrailBlazer 250.
Bored it out, and put in a new Wiseco Piston.
Still would not start. Best I could tell it still didn't have good compression.
So I pulled the motor out. Had to get the Drain plug out that I broke off. Another story.
Anyhow I tore the engine completely apart and Am going to replace the seals and gaskets.
While it was sitting there I got a wild hair to pull the oil pump apart and clean it up.
Are these things rebuildable?
I can't seem to get it back together. Its like the parts don't belong in there, even though I saw them come out of there. My books shows nothing about tearing one apart. And exploded view would help alot.
And is there a site where you can look up parts for these ATVs?

ypu can go to polaris and sign up to go to thier parts look up or check out bikebandit, and ronnies has part break downs of the parts. i think hes right w/ saying the oil pump isnt rebuildable as it shows no break down of the pumps parts.

Well if you put the spring in the right place it goes together.
Don't work on Unfamiliar parts when you are drinking.

Is the pump the one that is a little box on the front of the motor?

just follow the throttle cable down and you'll see where it splits to the oil pump.
