Taking pictures - Who has time?
#1
I love to look at pictures of rides I've been on but never take many because I'm always riding. How do you guys get so many pictures? I mean, if I want to take a picture, the whole group has to stop, I get the camera bag out of the rack box, get the camera out of the camera bag, turn it on, and then tell someone to go back a hundred yards and "ride past me" so I can get a pic. Then I have to do it all in reverse. Sheesh.

I've gotten several camp site shots, when people were eating lunch or resting etc.....
But I plan on getting some this summer.....I swear.......I mean it.......no really.......

I try to get my wife to take the pics but, it's hard to talk her into it. I carry a little Flip vid camera. I love it. They are cheap so I wouldn't cry if it got ran over. Takes decent quality during the day and I can take single frames for good still images.

I had a cheap digital camera I didn't mind if I dropped in the mud or dirt. Getting a group shot is pretty much like TLC said, but it's a smoke break for them. Since I don't smoke, there's my chance.
The hard part is getting someone else to take a picture of me. Bet in the last 6 years, I have less than 10 pictures of me actually riding.
