Default Aaen Exhaust for the 850/550

Here are a couple of pics of the Aaen Stealth exhaust, they are pretty much ready to be released.

Default Aaen

If it's like their other pipes then should be a good upgrade. Had one on my 05 800.

5hp, 5mph and fairly quiet.

You can see the resonator portion on the inlet end then it goes to a straight through design.

Hmmm... just can't decide which to order.
I like the idea of Aaen's quiet stealth design for hunting and public area use, but I also like HMF's Swamp XL for all out performance.

Decisions like this will cause a guy to drink!!! Oh look a cold beer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friend of mine has an aaen exaust on his 08 800sp thing is loud as hell and sounds like the most angry chainsaw I've ever heard. I like the sound of it but he cant hear you yell at him till he shuts it off.

I guess we'll have to see on the stealth model if it indeed makes it quieter than stock exhaust. That would be awesome for stealth like maneuvers....as long as you don't lose too much hp. Can't see how you could make it a lot quieter and gain HP. Even if I lost a small bit, it would be worth it sometimes. The stock setup is pretty quiet though. -Don't want to have to take it on and off all the time either.

Would be real nice for pheasant and grouse in the fall. If anybody springs for this setup, let us know.
