I removed my cheap plastic inline fuel filter from my 200cc atv and replaced it with an inline petcock so i can shut the gas off. I've had enough of the float sticking and emptying my whole tank of gas. Will i be ok running without the cheap fuel filter that always ended up causing a vacume problem. Or should i be the fuel filter back on and just cut the gas line and put the petcock on above the fuel filter. Thanks

 

i put the fuel filter back on lol. i don't want to chance it and suck in some dirt since its been runnig pretty good lately. i'll cut the line above the filter and put the petcock above the fliter
