Default FMF exhaust

Hi

Is it possible to install a FMF exhaust on a Gio Beast 200cc? Which one should I take?

Welcome to the forum joeplow!

Ive never tried any of them...I would think you would need to modify one to make it fit. Chinese quads havnt hit the aftermarket parts stage yet, and most likely never will.

This would be a great project for someone with some time, welding skills and a few bucks laying around...Would be interesting to see how it turned out....

You can probably get one to fit on there.....but it will never be tuned to perform the proper way. It could even have a negative impact on performance.

ATV exhausts are tuned for a specific machine....the length of the muffler, diameter, trap system etc.... are all designed to enhance or recycle back-pressure specific to a certain engine and/or headpipe. Since none are designed for an off-brand machine the results probably will only be a chance in sound, and a reduction of back-pressure which could result in lost low end power.
