Default yamaha warrior 2001 clutch?

New to site. Have question about clutch removal & replacement.

Tried to pull out my buddies 4x4. He was burried. I smelt distinct burnt clutch. I can engage reverse and any other gear but have no power to drive. Am I in the right line of thinking with just a burnt clutch? How in depth of a project is this? I have never done an ATV clutch change out.

Any help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Just finished putting one in mine yesterday. I bought the EBC unit and it seems to work great so far. Remember to pick up a new gasket for the housing cover. Get a manual too, makes life easier.
