Default 400 big bear blowing fuse

Have a 2wheel drive 400 big bear 02 that will blow the 10amp terminal fuse when you try to start it after it has warmed up for a while, I looked for bare wires and pulled both battery terminals and the frame ground and cleaned them all no luck. Also started unplugging one component at a time, like fan, lights ect,and tried to start but still didnt work.Have worked on alot of bikes and quads but this has been a challange any help would be greatly appriciated thanks steve.

Take the starter lead off and use a amp meter and see if it's drawing too many amps when cranked. It may have a bad starter winding or worn brushes.
