Question Will a 27" tire fit w/o a lift?

Looking to put 27 10/12 on the front and 27 12/12 on the rear, will they rub or scrape on a stock 06 Sportsman 500 efi?

Will a lift kit resolve the tie rod rub or a narrower tire? Thanks a bunch.

In the rear, you'll be fine. I ran a 12.5" wide with no issues. In the front, any wider than 8" and you're going to rub. The height, you'll be fine. You either have to use a wheel (rim) with a different back spacing or get wheel spacers.

Hi, I would purchase a small lift by High Lifter they sell them for about 120 bucks, that would give a little more clearance in the front especially, because when you hit a bump they will rub a little but nothing serious, plus it looks cool. Will also need to purchase a wheel spacer kit to offset the front tires so they do not rub. I would put some at the rear aswell so it don't track funny in the mud. Happy Trails

Flip the tie rod ends over and they might clear. I also had to put a washer on each wheel stud behind the wheel so they didn't rub on the springs. I also ground down a little "nub" on the strut.
