2005 YFZ450 wont start

2005 YFZ450 wont start
opened the carb. drain and nothing comes out. tank is full and I took hose off the carb and fuel is getting to it but it is not going in the bowl. Is the float stuck or is there something electronic on these things to control fuel flow?
