Where to ride in Georgia?

Yeah,
We're looking for the same...against you guys advice, we went to Crooms. All the people going into there told us how GREAT it was. We didn't immediately buy that, since our E-mail conversations had said otherwise. We were so dissappointed trying to make something out of what few HARD, NASTY, UNCLIMBABLE hills that are there, that withing 3 hours, I had rolled my Raptor twice, my friend lost his Banshee once, and our third party had wrecked his trying to make a hill and some excitement! Results were a sore back for me, a sore butt for my friend...he couldn't stand throuh those tiny stupid whoops on the perimeter road...and a broken elbow for my other friend. We gave up and came back home. Atleast now we know. The sand here is more fun and forgiving, and the hard ravines that are here are at least passable! So, after all that whining, let me know if ya find something more interesting. My understanding is Albany was fun, but the land has been closed off again. Later.

Well I know Im not one of those that tells everyone to go to Crooms.
We usually go to Ocala. But when we have to go
for a short jaunt we go to Crooms.
I just thought that Georgia had some bigger places to ride. I thought since we drove through the so called mountains around Atlanta there would be somthing with more excitement than the
flat crap of Florida.

If you ever want to ride in the "so called" mountains in North Georgia let me know...we ride up there about every two weeks at different locations including some WMA's and some private land. But it would be quite a drive from Tampa...
