Default oil cooler line clamps 2003 polaris 330 magnum

can anyone tell me what clamps to use on a 2003 polaris Magnum 330 4x4 atv on the oil cooler lines. does polaris recommend using the spring tension clamp or the worm clamp on their bikes? I need to replace them and i want to use the correct one. one that can handle the constant pressure on these hoses. i know they had a recall on them on the 325 magnum on the 2000 and 2001 models. does any one know what clamp they were using when they recalled them, i want to make sure i don't use them? thanks for any help i can get.
email me at pslsjr1@charter.net.

Welcome to the forums.

Not sure which clamp you're referring to, but if it's part #2, I think that is a normal worm clamp.

Question spring clamp vs worm clamp

thank you, in this picture it looks like spring clamps to me, but i don't know that much about this. if a worm clamp was put on, couldn't you strip the screw and then the clamp come off. sorry but i am just learning these repairs.

Looking at the price list, it's not that much to get the OEM part. I'd say get that just for the piece of mind.
