Tire & Wheel Size Question
#1
I recently acquired a 2005 Kazuma Lacoste 110cc. It is equipped with 19x7-8 tires on front and back. I thought I could smooth out the ride a little with larger tires. There seems to be plenty of clearance to accomodate slightly larger tires. I'm thinking about a pair of 20x7-8 tires on the front and a pair of 20x10-8 (...or possibly 22x10-8) tires on the rear.
My question: Can I mount 10" wide tires on the 7" wide rims?

Welcome to the forum rpmwwe!
sorry for missing this..Im sure you can but its going to be bowed a bit..I think if it was me I would go with the 20" tires so the gearing isnt changed much..taller tires will increase top speed, but hurt low speed power.

If it is the 3 lug wheels like on my sons Kazuma Panda - then you can get wheels from a Suzuki LT80 that have the 3/120 bolt pattern.
Rocky Mountain ATV has wheel/tire deals and I had priced some 18X9.5-8 Kenda Scorpion tires and Douglas 8X8 aluminum wheels for around $140 shipped to my house.
This not only has the benefit of wider tire but with the wider rim, it also stablizes the quad. However, I sold my son's before actually doing this, and we are buying a used Yamaha Breeze or Grizzly 125.
Thanks
