Default Valve clearance for 90cc and 110cc?

I tried the search function but can't seems to find a definite answer what is the valve clearance for a 110cc?

Chinese ATV Repair Shop Manual - Valve Clearances

According to that web site it should be 0.07mm but I remember someone said before 0.03mm to 0.05mm so what one should I follow?

Also, is the 90cc the same clearance?

Thank you in advance!

Hi!
Just to be sure...I'm from Sweden and i'v been having some trouble with KAzuma 90cc mini falcon. Everyone seems to be talking about valve clearance as problem solver. I was curious about measurments...Are you guys talking about mm or inch when you write .004?
