like you guys have been telling me i got the needle and seat replaced and i am still have the same problem. The fuel is still coming back into my air filter and i am getting 13 MPH what should i do next?

 

I would check the float next..........Is the fuel shutting off when the carb is full?
If the fuel running into the air-box after shutting the Quad off?
Is the Quad parked on a incline,Hill,tilted trailer..etc.......
Is the tank venting.so it is letting the pressure out?

the dealer replaced the float pin. the air box is not filling up with fuel just the air filter and pre filter are smell like gas and they are oil. it is parked on a flat ground in the garage. how do i check if the tank is venting?

 

If the tank is not venting the pressure will build up and may be released through the carb....
But if you have no issues with is stalling,.... it is venting.....With a venting problem many riders need to open the gas cap to allow air into the tank, when gas is being used air needs to be allowed to enter the tank .....Caper........

 

it does not stall it runs great other than getting 13MPH and it coming back into my air filter.

yes it is stock right now. i was going to put a K&N air filter on it.

 

how did it go after this one?

 

Ok i got some good news last night. it was the main needle that needs replaces and the main jet. it has a 160 jet in it right now but i was told to put a 154 jet in it for it to run the best at where i am at. thanks for all of you help
