Default 03 rancher 350 carb help PIC

this view is from the top lower right hand side of the pic there is a black nipple, is there a hose that suppose to go there? I found a black rubber thing under the machine that slides on it perfectly but i had to leave during the process and cant remember pulling a hose off there. and cant find a lose piece tubing anywhere.

thanks

From a picture in the Clymer manual I have on the Rancher, it shows a hose going to that nipple from what I can tell. It appears to run back towards the engine and not the airbox.
I don't own my Rancher anymore or I would take a picture for you.

all right i got something hooked up wrong found a loose hose its the one between the throttle cable and the choke hook up on the carb, it isnt long enough to reach the nipple, so im assuming i got something screwed up at thay y connector next to the frame above the carb.

lookin at the pic, the nipple on the right should have a short hose that hooks to the nipple on the front of the carb that sticks straight up also it looks like u already have a hose connected to the top one
