I just purchased a VBike ATA250 Utility with a 199cc engine. I changed the engine oil right away as all has recommended. However, I see a plug on top of the left side (clutch housing) but can not find the drain plug.
Would it be the large chrome plug at the left bottom of the engine, or do I have to remove the front sprocket cover to access the drain?

Side note: So far it runs very good, with a minor carb adjustment, only found one defect. one of the rear luggage rack treaded holes was not tapped correctly. Went over every bolt and nut, found a few loose ones.

If its like most 200cc engines the clutch oil and the engine oil are the same thing...

After reading your question again im wondering if this is a CVT style of engine...Is this a fully automatic quad?

 

Thanks for the info on wet clutch. Crank case took 1 quart of ATV Valvoline 10w40. No, its a manual transmission. reverse, natural and 4 forward.

 

You should be good to go....Valvoline 10wt-40 is used in all of my air cooled Japanese and Chinese 4 strokes..
