I like to ask before I get into the elect: stuff does this bike come with brake lights?
I have running rear lights but no rear brake lights.I checked all the fuses under the seat all are good.
I have the bike on roll dollys so it is in N tires off the floor .The bike start right up no problems all front high and low lights work A O K
anything I can check to look for

 

Pretty sure the 2001's dont have brake lights. If there is only 2 wires going into the rear light, then its a park (marker) light only.

 

thank you and yes only 2 wires running to the rear marker lights white and green,I could not remember if when I purchased the bike if it had break lights I know I tested the running lights back and front and they all work high and low beams no problems.
