110cc Valves?
#1
I have a 110cc Peace Motorsports quad. It was starting to get a small backfire and the starter sometimes gets hung up (i think during comp stroke).
I adjusted valves still getting backfire and now a hesitation if I hit the throttle quickly, the starter will still hang up (if I press the starter again it usually starts right up, battery is fully charged)
i set both valves at .004, it does run fine after 1 min of warming up.
any ideas, or should i just be waiting for it to warm up?

Backfiring is a sign of the engine being lean..(or valves needing adjustment but youve got that covered) . I let all of my 4 strokes warm up for 2-3 minutes before riding them. Learned that years ago with the small bore Hondas.
