i not sure ifs its my vavles or not but ill ask you
ok you no where the airbox connects to the carb well it sapose to be sucking in air not blowin out air and it wont start but i got someone to tow me around and it started but ran like the chock was on so i took the carb apart and it was good looking but i dont no wats rong with it

 

You'll have to check the cam timing .. And check the cam lobes for wear , a worn exhaust lobe will act like that , or the valves not adjusted properly..
