After a bunch of time trying to get this to run correctly and 1 warranty engine I decided to take matters into my own hands.
It never caburated correctly off choke and didn't pull well off the bottom.
Took the carb apart and Lo and Behold! Can't see anything through the pilot jet. The Kehein main is a 75 but there is no marking on the pilot. I believe it's been running with no pilot circuit all this time.
I called JCL today but they had to call me back to tell me the pilot size, so I am asking here.

Any suggestion on where to start with the pilot size????

 

A 75 main seems small..Id maybe go to a 90 and start with a 35-40 pilot jet.
