I've decided it's about time to adjust the valves on the 325 magnum and I've never done it on this machine. After examining how much beer it's going to take I'm scratchin my head. There seems to be so little room I don't know if I can get my hands in there to do it with out taking half the front end apart. Any body got some tips on how to make this easier to tackle. If I gotta tear it down oh well, but theres gotta be a cheat to this somehow.

 

that's odd on my '02 epedition 425 and '03 sportsman 500 on both of them all i did was take the plastic side covers off , take the spark plug out and start taking the valve cover off. i think the expedition is closer (body and frame-wise) to your magnum .
