what issues are you having?
I don't personally have that lift, but I do think I remember hearing something about grinding down the strut housing, also you may have better luck getting a definitive answer about this over on the highlifter forums, as they are much more into lifts and stuff

I have heard that with a lift the cv boot may rub the strut housing and tear it. I just installed it today and it didnt seem to be rubbing.

I think they rub with the 3" not 2". I guess you can grind them later if they rub.....

Im not sure on that particular brand lift but on others you have to lightly gring on the aluminum for more clearance to keep the cv boot from rubbing. Check the full travel of your suspension to see if it will hit. Jack up machine and let the suspension sag down, i think thats when they will rub. Also compress the suspension and double check. If it doesnt rub at either spot you should be good.
