First of all I bought this atv on line, received it put it together & could not get it to crank, I removed the Carb cleaned the jets & it fired the first time.
I hear alot of people bash the sunl, but this thing runs great for trail riding & doing doughnuts.
My little girl has ran the heck out of this thing & it runs great, but for Christmas she wants me to upgrade it.
I was looking at replacing the CDI & Coil with high performance ones.
A HP Clutch & spring & Variator.
Does anyone know how much the stock weights weigh for the variator?

Glad to hear your SunL is working for you...set up is pretty much the key to Chinese success..(but doesnt guarantee it)

Is the variator the front 1/2 of ghe CVT? If so I have some stock weights from my Yamoto 150 laying around somewhere...Not sure if they are the same as the Sunl...but I could look for them and weigh them if you want?
