ds650 fcr 39mm carb problems need help

Default ds650 fcr 39mm carb problems need help

just bought a 2002 bomb ds650. it has the full rotax exhaust, dual 39mm fcr carbs and uni pod filters. it will start but wont stay running or rev up. what size jets should i run? how many turns on the mixture screws?
or any other info will help

Have you talked to the old owner? Did it sit for a while before you got it? If it was running good for him you may just need to do a good carb cleaning. That is where I would start.

Default carbs

carbs are clean. i put in fresh gas and new plugs and still the same but after lookin closer i think the headgasket blown. i think coolnt was sprayin out of the header so i drained the oil and it had white milky stuff in it so i think it needs a headgasket.
