need help 2003 arctic cat 400

i have change fuel,spark plug. when cold its starts ok, as it warms up engine will shut off, restart then dies again... any one can help me . cant go riding and its killing me.youcan email me also, popnunn@aol.com .thanks

do you have a spark at the plug then it will not run?(good spark) if not then its electical if you do, it fuel problem
