Up for sale is our "like new" 105.5mm DS800, long skirt cylinder & piston kit + extra's.

Designed by OMW - manufactured by Calvin Pollet.

This cylinder has just returned from Millenium with a fresh Nikasil coating that has not been run on.

Gasket mating surfaces are blemish free and true to within .001

The cylinder can be used with a stock stroke crank (730cc) up to +10mm (815cc).

Special care has been taken to achieve a piston/cylinder clearance that optimises leakdown 96%,(with proper sealing valves) - yet allows for the use of at least 40hp worth of nitrous. Can take more but that is as far as I got.

The piston is brand new and of the latest design from OMW - High Performance + Nitrous use. Lightweight & VERY durable.

Approximately 13:1 compression ratio with stock stroke crank & a standard head gasket thickness.

The ring package (also new) that is used with this piston is of the highest quality and significantly improved over the standard 105.5 ring set. With a low oil ring set tension, an improved parasitic drag co-efficeint is realized. This ring set will survive nearly forever on motor and several seasons on the bottle.

I am also including several used (but usable) 105.5mm MLS head gaskets in various configurations to suit your compression.

New base gasket.

Coolant line attachment included.

Also included is a used standard performance piston & rings (in O.K. condition) AND a used high performance piston (in great condition) both of which were run in this cylinder.

This piston/cylinder kit are the very ones that we used to achieve an average 300' e.t. of 3.90 with a 215# pilot, with a best of 3.87 in a +8mm stroke configuration.
