Exclamation Pro Design inline water cooler for polaris atvs 10-15 degrees cooler water temp

Called motorcycle superstore to order items and i got talking with the sales guy and he asked me what i ride? I said a 05 polaris sportsman 500 ho, He said he used to be apolaris mechanic for 5 years and he recommended this just click on the link.

ATV Parts, ATV Tires, Dirt Bike Parts & Motocross Gear | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC /productDetail.do?navType=type&webTypeId=42&navTitl e=Engine&webCatId=17&prodFamilyId=5796

Cant find this product on motorcycle superstore website guy said you have to call and ask for them. I was thinking of makeing one out of like 1inch solid alumnium round stock and i have a lathe so i can cut it down and put fins in it also says it lowers your water temp by 10-15 degrees do you think this is a good idea? a wast of time and money or what??

Thanks, Polaris man with issues

Why on earth would you want to lower your water temp 10 to 15 degrees?

Even if you did, why not just put in a lower temp thermostat?

That is what I do if I want lower water temps.

so if i buy 2 of them it will be 20 to 30 degrees cooler ,then if i get the volume discount, i won't need the radiator any more. Yikes ,how many hose clamps will i need.

Full of dirt and mud the item will be of no use at all.............even the size of it ,I can't see that making any differance in cooling.
Remember we are talking about ATV's here..............................Where did they say to mount it?...........Caper.............
