Set the air screw at 1 1/2 turns out set idle 900/1000 rpm may have to open air screw another 1/4 or half turn

thanks, the dealer didn't want to say much other than usually about two turns out. They got me 100.00 for the rubber boot and o-ring. I tried it its at two turns out and yes much better. It gave a back fire out the exhaust when I got on the brakes hard from a good blast, ?? but other than that its a world of difference. it was backfiring at idle with the split rubber boot. Any other suggestions.
