What year models are we talking about?
I'm assuming both are new or fairly new. The kfx is made for the track pretty much right off the showroom floor. Definitely not a beginners bike at all. Much better suspension and almost twice the motor. The honda isn't a bad bike, I'd call it more of a beginners bike. A little more at home on the wooded trails than the kfx, but then again it wasn't designed to be a track bike.

i agree with the above posts. both bikes are on a league of their own.
let us know how you plan on using the bike, any racing? casual riding? dunes? woods? track? give us some answers and we'll go from there.
