PZ27 carberator leaking!!!

PZ27 carberator leaking!!!
Well , on this V-bike 250cc ultilitty atv; well it's got PZ27 carberator with 2 hoses ;one being the main to the gas tank and to the carberator, and one to the bottum for draining but there's a peep hole on the bye the choke and there is no hose to it or anything!!! It doesn't make alot of sense ,,so i'm thinking it might be the second hose that's actually suppossed to go on that . Anyone with any inf. please write back or call (509)-762-9034'!!
