Got a Hisun 500 atv, amazing machine but have some problem with the differential and I just cannot find the service manual to get it done.
If anyone has the service manual/ wiring diagram it would be great help!

I just bought a Hisun 500 and am having problems with the what seems to be the transmission. When I brake hard in 2wd the transmission seems to pop out of gear. Is there some type of adjustment that I need to make. Is the engine brake not working. I have a copy of the owners manual if you still need it.

 

I contacted the folks at Tomoto and have a PDF file copy of the 110 page maintence manual which has diagrams of all of the mechanical systems of the entire ATV. I would be happy to send it to you if you still need it.

hi eric, i am new to the site i saw your thread about the 110 page pdf for the hisun 500 atv. i was wondering if you could send it to me as i am now trying to put the machine back together after someone else took it apart without labeling anything thanks tom

I contacted info@tomoto-usa.com and requested the manual. They will e-mail you a PDF file. I have tried to foward the manual to other memebers and it did not work. The folks at Tomoto are quite helpful. I got a very quick response. Make sure that you e-mail them your VIN number so that you get the correct manual.
