#1
ok yesterday i was just cruising down a trail by my house not paying attention and before i knew it i was rolling down a hill.
13 rolls and 300 some feet later it stopped.
now i need to find a headlight cover and entire plastic assembly for the headlight. can anyone help me in finding this part?
luckily that is all that is busted thank god for soft sand
ive been searching for 2 days now and no luck.

Why not just go to polaris and pull up their parts manual- it's accessible on line. You'll get the part numbers if nothing else.

I may have one from a 2000 boss. The light housing in it was from a snowmobile. Only difference was how the bulb clipped in. Don't think it's cracked anywhere across the hood, but where it bolts on may be. Still bolts on, just not like new.
Somewhere in the shed it's hiding.

You might want to take a good look at the steering stem. Never broke the fenders on mine, but bent two stems.
