Default 90 polaris (no Power) HELP

My problem quads are the 90 eton and the 90 polaris, both have the same engines and are having the same problems. Both quads have seen alot of water/mud last season, they both idle good but will not move when given throttle? They chug a little but will not produce power. I have cleaned the air filters, carbs, new plugs, removed the fly wheels cleaned stators not sure where to go from here? Both quads are 2 strokes. Is this possibly a electrical problem? I dont know enough about timing and or stators parts to continue with the trouble shooting. Any help would be great!!!! Thanx
