Default 250 polaris trailblazer "help please"

I have a 2000 trailblazer that I bought for my son...It now needs a piston. Its currently bored out to 72.96mm now and the man boring it wants to go 20 over because of cyl. scratches. what size piston would I need after its bored either 10 or 20 over? i appreciate all the help I can get as I'm doing the job myself. Polaris wanted 800.00+. Thanks Ed

Stock bore on my 03 was 72x60 if I remember correctly. Going by that, you're already .035 over and adding another .020 to it.

You may want to give Rick Ritter a call and just discuss the options. He's more than likely going to have anything you need, and he's a great guy to deal with.
