I want to relocate my battery. I heard there is an after market air box where you can also mount the battery in it. Has anyone moved there battery in the air box or anywhere else. Are these after market air boxes any good.

there is an aftermarket airbox that relocates the battery inside the airbox. You can check it out on ebay, search under 400ex....

I dont know if it is a good price or not, so check it out before bidding..... if that is what you are talking about...

There is a company called Pingry (sp.?) that makes them I think. I called them about one a year ago. They didn't have a lid, so I decided to wait until they came out with a lidded airbox. My battery hasn't fallen off yet, so I just haven't checked into it lately.
I am pretty sure the name of the company was Pingry Cycle.
