When was the last time you checked/changed the hub fluid? Old dirty fluid or lack of could cause the awd to not funtion properly.

The fluid is new last year and is on the lv, i also noticed last night that after changing my regulator it is still outputing 15.2 volts, although better than the 15.8 it was putting out still seems high, wondering if my stator is messed up, i was wondering if having the battery and the regulator going bad at the same time, could have revursed the polarity of the hubs, so lost atm, any other tests or input would be great, thank you.

When the volt reg went out on my old bike (99 i think) it fried everything. Speedo, AWD switch, and all lights. Maybe the switch went out? My switch wasnt lighting up when in AWD. Does yours light up? I just love how these have an aux start, but if you run it with a dead battery you fry your reg.

There is no play, and the switch dose not light up. also there is current on both sides of the switch, not sure if that means anything or not, and there is current going to trans and then to the hubs, not sure if the switch is leting to right amount, but it dosn't change off or on same current, ty for the info guys, any more ideas would be great.
