I have $3000 to spend. A new Blaster will cost $3899 out the door with my 1999 XR100 trade-in. Or Should I buy buy a 1999 with a FMF pipe and silencer for around $2700 out the door????? Money is an issue..... Is there any difference between the 1999 and the 2000????? Please help out!!!!!

 

No question, get the 1999 model that has the mods already!. There are absolutely NO mechanical changes to the 2000 Blaster. NONE, Zilch, Zero, NAta. Get the point? The only changes are in color.
