Default what goes in this and what is it for

there are two red arrows the top one is a fill plug i need some info on is it oil? and does it need oiled after an oil drain/refill

second arrow is a small cover behind is a bolt is this a clutch adjustment?

I'm not familiar with you engine. I'm wondering if the top side "fill plug" is really an access hole to shine a timing light down onto the timing marks. My 150cc quad has a hole very similar to this. On mine I shined a timing light in there, and yes, I see timing marks with the strobe light.

They are both to do with timing, the top plug is to shine a timing light into, or to allign the engine up at TDC, and the side cover opens up a hole so you can rotate the engine over with a socket on the flywheel bolt. I have a 200CC GIO quad with a Zongshen motor, it looks identical to yours.
