Do you guys buy the factory Polaris gear,motor,etc oils? In my manual it says "change front diff fluid with Polaris # blablabla" But gives no specifications for cheaters like myself..........

 

I would unless you went with oilf from places like AMS oil or Redline!

 

the adc oil and demand drive should ONLY be polaris if you try anything else in that it will give you headaches, as far as the diff. fluid i use amsiol and amsoil in the engine also amsiol in the tranny

 

I use all popo fluids because it isn't much more expensive than the other stuff and it will help if you ever need warranty work done. Some dealers are sticklers on that stuff and will try to blame a problem on using non-popo fluids. Also helps to keep a good rapport with the dealer. That can go a long way on future purchases or issues!

 

I use Mobil 1 0w-40 in the engine of my 500, Type F automatic transmission fluid for the front hubs as it is the same as the polaris hub oil, a 50w synthetic in the transmission, and polaris oil for the front diff. and ive never had any problems
