2006 arctic cat 400 FIS auto drive belt
You can see video's on you tube showing how to replace the drive belt's , this one cover's a Polaris ATV ; but you can change your belt without removing the clutch this Mechanic remove's the clutch on this Polaris just to inspect for belt debris or glazing or binding of the oneway bearing and clutch sheaves .

No ATV or sled I ever seen needs clutches removed to change a belt, the job should only take a couple of minutes once the cover is off just like on the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_HhKSY3Ro8
