Default Another one falls prey to the wheeling bug!

Had my girlfriend out a few times at the shack and we went riding with her boss and a few other folks in WI outside of Superior last weekend. She used one of his Hondas and had a blast. Wants one of her own so we can go regularly. Told her I would sell a couple of my trailers and buy one as long as it was a Popo! Pretty stoked because my daughter loves getting out on her 300 so we can spend a lot of quality time together doing something we all really enjoy. Time to start looking for a deal on a newer 500-800. Life is good!!!

She drove my 800 at the shack a few times before I super-sized it and liked that. Main reason I'm wanting to stick with popo is I am picking up a 72" Glacier plow(complete) like new for $150 so I can use the 60" on hers and 72" on mine. Also haven't picked up a mount kit yet for my new pro-s tracks and not sure how much modding I'll need to do to make them work with my lift. May be a lot less painfull to plow with the tracks on hers.

I was looking around trying to figure out what is the best 500 class machine for the money and the Sportsman 500 HO is pretty hard to beat. For $6000 nothing I've seen comes close. The only thing I don't like about it is the carburator.

Take her and the daughter over to Iron River and let them break in a new Poo!! Got a great campground right off the trail, can't remember the name at the moment, but it's on the dirtroad right next the wayside rest stop they put on the Hwy. Then take her to the fishbowl and do some hills

Thanks for the riding info! Probably make our way there some time for sure. That riding(long trails with no mudpits) isn't my cup of tea but they had a good time so we'll be doing it more often. WI is much more atv friendly than MN IMO so the $35 for a 2 year license is worth it. Make for some nice Winter rides over there since there aren't really any in MN you can touch once the snow flies. Be nice if they could get on board and share the trails but the snomobilers have way too many clubs and support to keep us off them.

I got my wife an 08 Sportsman 400 and she loves it. And loved it even more when I threw on some swamplites.
