Default 81 Honda 200 wont fire !

The 1st time i got this Atc all i had to do was clean out the carb, and it fired right up, until on day it just started to stop running, i let it sit in my barn for about 5 years and got interested in getting it running, So i buy a new gas tank , cleaned the carb, changed the plug, pulled the cord to start and got nothing Pulled out the spark plug and pulled again , no pulse or nothing bought a new coil and a new cid box, checked wires for connections still no fire, so im thinking its the stator, but how do you take this thing off ?? i removed the fly wheel and put on a stering wheel puller that would fit for 2 bolts and started to twist the long screw twards the shaft, didnt come loose and now i have another prob the pused the threads back a lil so the nut wont fit on anymore, i can plobaly shaved it down a lil after i get this thing off, if i can only get inside to clean the magnets i might be able to get some fire to that plug, please help me what do i need to pull off the cap to clean these magnets?

If you put the puller on and snug it up, you should be able to break it free with a sharp tap from a hammer on the end of the puller shaft, then either file the mushroomed end or preferably get the proper die nut to clean up the threads.
