I can probably help you. close all of your windows, and right click on your desk top. go to properties. when "display properties" window pops up click on the settings tab. the "screen area" down on the lower right hand of the screen should be set to 800x600. if it is 800x600, then click on the "appearance" tab. click on the "scheme:" pull down menu. select "windows standard" then click "OK" this should fix it. If you need more help, then just send me an email.

how big is your monitor? 800x600 is only good for 15". i use 1024x768 for my 19". try them untill you get one that works.
