Question Limiter disconnect - '06 AC 50cc - help?

This is also posted under the racing header:

Looking for how-to knowledge on disconnecting the limiter on an Arctic Cat/Kymco 50cc ATV ('06, maybe '07) for racing purposes. Haven't had much luck at dealerships or other online sites, so any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
